Our tree-centric art show, which was part of the PNA's Art Walk last weekend, will have additional opportunities for viewing the next couple Fridays. July 25th from 1pm to 5pm, and August 1st from 1pm to 6pm. Abby Brockway will be onsite as a guide/resource!

Canopy of Contention: Roots of Resistance and Resilience

This exhibition explores trees as powerful symbols of life, beauty, and struggle. Artists delve into the multifaceted relationship between humanity and trees through diverse perspectives, exploring the enduring power of trees and the many ways they reflect our shared human experience.

WPPC is located on the unceded ancestral lands of the Duwamish people.

We acknowledge that they are still here, continuing to honor and bring light to their heritage,

and we benefit every day from the theft of their land.
